Please give me the courtesy of a 24 hour notice before any cancellation so that we can fill your time with another patient who is on our waiting list.  The only way to cancel within the 1-2 day window is by calling 978-522-4199.  Any cancellations prior to 2 days can also be done through the self scheduler.  There is a $40 cancellation fee if you DO NOT give a 24 hour notice.
